2011 - Look for a total new blog from me . I love cooking and grilling . For me with 2 tattoos shops , my motocross biz and race team I need an outlet . Cooking is a complete outlet for me . I love cooking and watching people eat my creations . I never went to cooking school and even failed home ec in school . But after being injured and recuperating I started watching the Food Network channel and got hooked .. I started doing my own lil experiments and it took off from there . people have told me " Burrito you should start your own diner " .. but that will never happen .. for me cooking like I do is a Labor of Love .. if I had to do it for a living it would be just Labor and no Love .
